An 18th century slide bolt with gracefully curved handle with a ball finial. Generally used as a head bolt at the top of an exterior door, and is available with staple plate (shown), mortise strike plate or drive staple. Similar construction to #4002. 2" wide by 12" and 18" long.

A 19th century slide bolt with die-forged ball end, curved grasp and forge welded spring. Available with staple plate (shown), mortise strike plate or drive staple. 2" wide by 12" and 18" long.
